Commission based. STR property management fees can range from 10% to 50% normally, our max is 25%!

We use Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finders as well as our personal connections with hospitals and insurance companies.

Our 24/7 maintenance team is here and ready to go for any maintenance concerns. Coordinating the maintenance request is included in your property management services.

An invoice will be sent with the cost of repairs as well as a report for the repair showing before and after photos. Emergencies will be attended to asap, as for non emergency maintenance we will get in contact with you first, in most cases.

We do property inspections twice a year, once in January and once in June. This is included in your services.

We contact short-term guests directly through booking platforms. For mid-term guests, we contact them directly.

All properties have secured passcodes and/or lock boxes. We ensure that the guests are who they say they are and follow guest rules.

We get in contact with the owners as soon as we are aware of the damage and submit a claim through the booking website.
