If you own property that you want to rent, you should always consider using a property management company or property manager. We typically have a criteria of a 620 credit score; 2.5 times the monthly rents and no previous evictions. We also like to keep the Investor in mind at Onwenu Property Management, so any requirements you would like us to add to customize your service we got your back!


Onwenu Property Management specializes in taking investors from Active to Passive. We keep you in the loop with monthly and annual reports in a portal that you can check anytime. 


Our fees are from 8 to 12% depending on the difficulty of the property. We typically start at 10%.


We manage Residential and Commercial.


We will get a quality tenant in your property within 30 days.


We charge half of the first month's rent.
